2010 Class Breakdown Index For 2010 the SEJRA will be contesting 3 Index Classes on Saturdays: 12.90, 8.90, and 7.90. The Index Groups will be run on a .500 Pro Tree, 1/8th mile, Index format. These classes will all be points earning classes, and will have a year end champion crowned at the SpookFest 10'. Payouts: $200 W, $100 R/U, $50 Semi's Entry: $35 10 Car Minimum per class for it to be a paying class. Age Group Bracket Racing is the back-bone of the SEJRA. This season we are going to have 3 different Age Group Bracket Classes: 8 & 9 Year Olds, 10-12 Year Olds, and 13-17 Year Olds. These classes will be the bracket racing your use to, but against some of the toughest competition the South-East has to offer. Racers will earn points at each event, with a class champion being crowned at the end of the season. Payouts: $200 W, $100 R/U, and $50 Semi's Entry: $35 10 Car Minimum per class for it to be a paying class. $1,000 All-Run Bracket Race New for 2010 is the addition of the $1,000 All-Run class to the SEJRA race schedule. Not only are we introducing it to our schedule, but we are also going to make it an official points class for the 2010 season. Like our Age Groups, this race will be a standard bracket class. However, it is an every man for himself event. All racers will be brought together for a chance at a big payday. We will contest this event Saturday Night after the Index Classes have been completed. This gives all our racers an opportunity to take home a large purse. It is tough to enforce E.T. restrictions in a class like this. Although we will not be patrolling the pit area looking for racers running under their E.T. limits, if it is brought to a track or SEJRA officials attention that someone is running to fast that person will immediately be disqualified from the class. All points and earning to that point will be forfeited by the racer. Please help us make this a fun and exciting class in 2010 by staying within your E.T. limits. Payouts: $1,000 W, $150 R/U, and $50 Semi's Entry: $50 25 Car Minimum for this race to happen. Quick 32 *** Due to 2010 NHRA 330 E.T. limits we are in the process of revamping this class for this season. Be sure to check back soon for all the details on this class.*** Payouts: $300 W, $150 R/U, $75 Semi's Entry: $35 Heads-Up 330 Heads-Up 330 puts the quickest and fastest Jr. Dragsters in the country against each other in a heads-up bad man wins race. These cars run a .400 Pro Tree, 330 ft, fast as you can style of racing. Side by Side action decided by only a few thousandths of a second have made this one of the most exciting SEJRA classes. There will be 3 qualifying sessions held Saturday, with racing to immediately follow. Racers will fight all season for points, with there being a year end champion honored at the end of the season. Payouts: $500 W, $150 R/U, $50 Semi's Entry: $70
